Terms And Conditions
The following CONDITIONS APPLY for SERVICE ADVANTAGES and AIR MILES Reward Miles:
- Service Advantages are based on a 90 Day MLS (www.realtor.ca) listing agreement.
- Free Staging Consultation appointment is scheduled (if applicable) with every eligible seller who has signed a 90 Day MLS (www.realtor.ca) listing agreement. Our Professional Staging Consultant affiliate will be assigned and conduct a walk-through inspection of your home.
- Service Advantages do not apply to:
- tenant occupied properties
- properties listed under $300,000
- properties with unusual characteristics or adverse locations
- vacant land/lots
- commercial properties.
- MLS listed properties must be available for showings during reasonable hours and be maintained in optimum viewing condition.
- A Service Advantage may not be applicable for all property types.
- AIR MILES Reward Miles are documented on the Offer to Purchase and become effective upon finalized sale of the MLS listed property.
- Service Advantages are disclosed on all MLS listing documents.
- GST is applicable on MLS listing selling fees only.
- Limit 1 Offer per AIR MILES Reward Miles Collector Number.
- Allow up to 4 weeks from possession date for AIRMILES to be posted to your Collector Account.
