The following ‘CONDITIONS APPLY’ for the PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES

  • Performance Advantages are based on a 90 Day MLS (www.realtor.ca) listing agreement.
  • Free Staging Consultation appointment is scheduled with every eligible seller who has signed a 90 Day MLS (www.realtor.ca) listing agreement. Our Professional Staging Consultant affiliate will be assigned and conduct a walk-through inspection of your home.
  • Performance Advantages do not apply to: 
    • tenant occupied properties
    • properties listed under $300,000
    • properties with unusual characteristics or adverse locations
    • vacant land/lots
    • commercial properties.
  • MLS listed properties must be available for showings during reasonable hours and be maintained in optimum viewing condition.
  • A Performance Advantage reward may not be redeemed or combined with any other discount or reward and may only be applied once per finalized sale transaction.
  • A Performance Advantage reward will be applied and documented on the Offer to Purchase and becomes effective upon finalized sale of the MLS listed property.
  • Performance Advantage rewards are disclosed on all MLS listing documents.
  • GST is applicable on MLS listing selling fees only.
  • Limit 1 Offer per Collector Number.
  • Allow up to 5 weeks from possession date for Bonus Miles to be posted to your Collector Account.
